Community: Meeting My Anxiety

On March 9th from 12:00 – 3:00pm, the Jefferson Valley Mall will have a local author, Elisa Rader, coming in to read her book Meeting My Anxiety in the book nook. After Elisa reads, she will be conducting a small arts and crafts event that goes along with her companion book where people can draw their anxiety and talk about it if they want to.
