In Our Own Voice: Two speakers share their compelling personal stories of living with mental health challenges and achieving recovery. There are many peer support groups in Westchester County to help individuals with a mental illness to have on-going support. Representatives for NAMI Westchester, Human Development Services- Westchester and Mental Health Empowerment Project will discuss and answer questions on the Peer Support Groups.
