Carve out time for yourself so you may respond to your loved one with a clear mind and open heart. \nIn this class we will come together in a safe space to practice somatic mindfulness\, grounding & centering\, containment\, and breath regulation. \nWe will practice moving from freeze to flow to regulate the nervous system so we can become equipped to handle daily stressors. \nThis is not a place to share thoughts\, but rather an opportunity to dwell in the space between. \nBeginners are absolutely welcome. DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin Search for Change\, Run 4 Recovery\, Drug Crisis in our Backyard and The Alliance for Safe Kids (ASK) for the 11th Annual Run for Recovery 5K Run/Walk. \nParticipating in our Run for Recovery 5K run/walk is a powerful way to raise awareness and celebrate recovery from substance use disorders and mental health conditions. \nEach step symbolizes hope and resilience\, honoring those who have overcome challenges. The event unites individuals\, breaks stigma\, and empowers others to seek help.  Crossing the finish line gives a feeling of accomplishment\, knowing you have made a difference.  Recovery is possible\, and together\, we can inspire change. \nWe are excited to once again offer our on-site Save A Life Wellness Fair\, providing attendees with access to crucial resources and information. Our virtual tool is also available to connect the public to essential resources year-round.
