Stress & Anxiety Workshop
In this experiential workshop, students will be empowered to take control of their own health and wellness by understanding the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and learning practical ways to nurture this connection. Students will learn how to use yoga both as a philosophy and a practice for managing the stress and anxiety of life, and in doing so will understand the origins of feelings and emotions, how to manage them in the moment, and how to develop self-compassion and self-love even during trying times.
